CARPET PRODUCTION

Despite the widespread use of modern, beautiful and practical floor coverings, traditional carpets are still widely used to decorate living spaces. They bring coziness to the interior, are an excellent decoration tool and are used for additional insulation and soundproofing of floors. They are compact and easy to transport, do not need bulky and expensive packaging, which helps to significantly save on transportation costs.

Carpet making is a quite long process, which consists of several stages and involves the use of special automated equipment and manual labor. Previously, all carpets were made by hand on various types of machines, which determined the high cost of such product. The spread of technology has made it possible to significantly reduce the duration of the carpet production process and reduce their cost. Handmade carpets, however, have not lost their

POLYPROPYLENE PRODUCTION

Polypropylene (PP) is a solid thermoplastic polymer with a melting point of 165-170°C and a density of 900-910 kg/m3. The maximum operating temperature of the PP without load is 150°С. Polypropylene has a higher heat resistance than polyethylene and has good dielectric properties over a wide temperature range. PP is insoluble in organic solvents at room temperature, when heated to 80°C and above, it dissolves in aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons. Polypropylene is resistant to acids and bases, as well as to aqueous solutions of salts, mineral and vegetable oils. PP is less susceptible to cracking under the influence of aggressive environments. Various grades of polypropylene modified with mineral fillers and rubbers are produced.
