DECREE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN (5088)
"The youth industrial and business zones are established by the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan PD-5088 at 21.04.2021 namely - “On measures for organizing the activities of youth industrial entrepreneurial zones and for support of entrepreneurial initiatives of youth”. In accordance with the decree, a fund for supporting young entrepreneurs was established under the Ministry of investments and foreign trades of the Republic of Uzbekistan. A major purpose of the fund includes funding import-substituting projects with gross value added, financing extensive processing of agricultural products as well as, production of up-to-date construction materials and information technology projects.
